Wow, whoever runs my alma mater known as Sacred Heart University really has some set of balls on him. You have assholes like me who actually paid you somewhere in the realm of $160,000 to go to the glorified high school with dorms, live on a dry campus and have the most annoying public safety officers in the league and now you take away our alumni tailgate. The only time we were ever actually allowed to drink on that campus was at the tailgate and now that's getting taken away. For what? Why? What are you trying to prove by taking it away? Let's look past the fact that we should be coming for free for all the fucking money we paid you, and let's just look at the fact that we don't go there anymore. You can't control a bunch of people who aren't enrolled in your school. Let us come back and have our fun once a year and no one will fucking complain. But no, you have to be all high and mighty and try to control people who aren't even there. And now you make us have to do shit like this:
You're making us put out a petition to get the tailgate reinstated. It's more than a bunch of us just wanting to come get fucked up like we used to for a weekend. We've paid you a shitload of money in the past and now we're paying you more money just to come back. Lighten the fuck up and reinstate the tailgate. Chances are that you're not winning this fight and we'll be doing what we want anyway. And at that point what's public safety gonna do? Nothing because we don't go there anymore. I actually can guarantee you that if it's not reinstated, we're gonna take it over and do it ourselves anyway. But you can make that choice.
Sidenote: If you went to SHU sign the petition thing. If you vaguely remember anything from past tailgates it's that it actually made you feel like you went to a real college for once. Let's get it going.
