Pedro Beato entered the game last night and started off Tyler Moore with a ridiculous curve ball for a called strike one.
"Nice pitch" said the random bar patron
"Wow, that was filthy" said the same guy after Moore swung through the next one.
"Imagine they lose on a past ball or something" said the dick head with the redneck accent from Pennsylvania who was sitting right next him.
"Zack you can start DJ'ing".
That was me when the third curve ball was too filthy and bounced away from Josh Thole.
And just like that, I returned to my regularly scheduled Mets programming.
Honestly, this isn't a collapse and no this team doesn't "fucking suck". To quote the great Dennis Green, the NY Mets "are who we thought they were". Actually better yet, who "I" thought they were.
Because back in March I warned you, I told you exactly how this 2012 season was going to be when I did the amazing "tweets of the day".
So let's evaluate how right I was...

1. Ok, so we didn't lose on opening day instead we started 3-0.
