Did anyone see what Kevin Durant did in the fourth quarter last night? Has anyone seen what this guy has been doing in the fourth quarter all season actually? The dude just closes out games. In the fourth quarter he just becomes a stone cold killer who puts the team on his back and refuses to lose. Last night he had 17 in the fourth and carried the Thunder to the win. So I dare to ask, is there a better closer in the NBA right now than Kevin Durant? Honestly, is there even another closer in the NBA right now other than KD? Well yeah, his name is Kobe. A closer is a guy who finishes games for his team. If it were two years ago, I would say it's Kobe, but after watching Durant all year, because he did it throughout the regular season as well, I have to side with KD. He just has that look in his eye when the fourth quarter comes around where he decides it's time to take over the game. He wants the ball and he's not afraid to take the big shot ever. He's beaten the defending champs, the Lakers and the Spurs on the Thunder's postseason run. He has one more to go with the Heat and last night was a great start. I personally don't think anyone in the league closes out games like this guy does. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
