At the bottom of the article you see that Mr. Marcus Warryton was charged with A) Resisting Arrest and B) Aggravated assault. These are both things that justify getting the shit kicked out of you by the cops. Sorry hipsters, sorry I'm not sorry... when you "grab for an officers gun" you're probably going to be beat senselessly by a baton because you are a fucking idiot and you need to be taught a lesson.
