When you're a registered sex offender it's probably not a good idea to dress up as cookie monster while at the town carnival and just start a random conversation with a police officer. What kind of jackass are you? Wouldn't you think that being dressed up as cookie monster and taking pictures with little kids is a violation of your touching little children probation? I don't know, but it sounds like it to me. Then you go up to a cop and start a conversation with him. There's about 400 people in your town, the cops know who you are, why would you start a conversation with him? That must have been pretty awkward sitting in the holding cell wearing your cookie monster outfit. Actually, that must have been priceless. Here is your t-shirt big guy. Have fun in jail where you'll be everyone else's little kid. I know, karma's a bitch.
