Why Is Terrelle Pryor Eligible For The Supplemental Draft?

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/6873163/terrelle-pryor-eligible-nfl-sit-first-five-games

Alright, so Terrelle Pryor is eligible for the NFL Supplemental Draft (whatever that is), but he's suspended for the first five games of the season. He is suspended for, "Trying to undermine the rules of the supplemental draft." So let me guess this straight, if you try to get around the rules of something, all it warrants is a five game suspension? If he tried to get around the rules of this bogus, ridiculous draft, then HE SHOULDN'T BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRAFT! It makes no sense at all. He's not even going to be playing at all this year no matter who picks him, so suspending him for five games is completely irrelevant. NFL, you definitely screwed this one up. Sorry, but you did.
