First time Olympian on the US Swim team Tyler Clary ripped teammate Michael Phelps for his work ethic in an interview with his hometown newspaper. What seemed to be boggling everyone's mind though was how a guy can rip someone who he finished an entire 1.5 seconds behind at the US swim trials. Oh, and also a guy who has 14 more medals than he does.
Clary said, "The fact that Phelps doesn't have to work as hard to get that done is a real shame...I see somebody who's been basically asking to get beat for a long time." When we asked Clary what he makes of Phelps 14 gold medals to his zero he actually declined comment making everyone think that he probably second guessed his original statement after hearing absolutely absurd it was.
We then caught up with Phelps and asked him what he made of his first time teammates comments. "Who the fuck is this guy? Does he want a shot at the title? Because he can't even hold my speedo for me. Don't be mad that I'm just naturally better than everyone in the free world at everything that has to do with swimming. I'm gonna keep hitting bongs and eating Subway and still be better than him and everyone else in the world. Then afterwards he can hold my dick bro."
Now with controversy surrounding the US swim team, no one knows just exactly how this will effect their performances at the Olympics. But there is actually one thing that we do know. It's probably pretty stupid to call out a guy who has won more gold medals than the rest of the entire team combined. So don't be surprised to see Tyler Clary sucking wind in the back of the back while Michael Phelps wins races and face fucks Subway sandwiches.
