The Texas Rangers Spend 51.7 Million Dollars To SPEAK To Yu Darvish

Are the Texas Rangers out of their minds? They just spent $51.7 million just to speak to this Japanese dude Yu Darvish. Does anyone remember Dice K (Daisuke I know)? How'd that work out for Boston? Not too well. These Japanese long term deals never work out, and there's no guarantee that you actually get him. You spent almost 52 million dollars just to talk to him and if you can't come to a deal in 30 days he goes back to Japan. Spend your money on Price Fielder. What are you doing? How important is pitching in baseball when your lineup mashes? You guys lost your ace in Cliff Lee last year and got back to the World Series. They say this kid has seven pitches, who gives a shit? Mariano Rivera has one pitch and no one can touch him, and you're talking about this guy with seven pitches. The best Japanese player to come over here ever was Ichiro. Matsui was built for the Yankees and the other Matsui (Kaz) absolutely sucked balls. The Rangers are jumping the gun because the Angels signed C.J. Wilson and Albert Pujols. Let me tell you something Texas, if you sign Prince, you're still the team to beat in the west with that lineup. But you just wasted almost $52 million on a guy who's gonna come here and probably be a bust.
