I know it's nice to have goals and shit, but trying to have no new HIV infections by the year 2015 is probably impossible. Unless you plan on stopping people from having random unprotected sex, this isn't going to work out so well. As fucked up as this sounds, I'm willing to bet that this has zero percent chance of happening. Come on, there has to be a minimum of 4 up and coming porn stars who contract this fucking disease per year. Then add that to whores and gigolo's and you have a goal that is actually impossible to reach. Moral of the story, wear a condom kids.
