Wow. I'm almost amazed by this stupidity but then again it did take place in Oklahoma so can I really be that surprised? A cop gave a a three year old kid a ticket for $2,500 for peeing in public...on his own front lawn. Are we serious? This fucking kid is in huggies pull ups on his own lawn and you're gonna give him a pissing in public ticket? You're an absolute asshole.
