This is a picture of a very, very dumb child siphoning gas from a police car. Why do I have access to this picture? Because him and his dumb girlfriend posted this picture on facebook. I guess they didn't believe that siphoning gas is actually a crime. I don't know if you can get much more hillbilly than this actually. Siphoning gas from a police car and having your girlfriend take a picture of it all because you think it's funny. Sounds like you're really going somewhere in life kid.
