I'm pretty sure there are better methods of customer service than this. What'd he do? Well, a lady came into a furniture store to tell him that he new couch and love seat had bed bugs. Being the gracious guy that he is he just pulled out a gun and told her that he was "tired of this shit". Nicely done guy, nicely done. Customer service 101. When a customer comes in with bed bugs, you just threaten their life. I don't know what it is about that method that doesn't seem right, but maybe it's everything. It's pretty much like the guy at McDonald's pulling a gun on someone because they're tired of people ordering big macs. Here's your t-shirt my man. I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul.
