Do it for the USA...

So as we all know, last summer was the World Cup and the support for the United States Mens National Team was overwhelming, I was actually very proud. But guys, IT'S NOT JUST EVERY 4 YEARS! This team busts their ass in the Gold Cup, Friendlys, Confederations Cup, and in all of the Qualifiers to try to make Soccer in the USA a big thing. I think it is only right that we as Americans support them and our country.

For those who say "oh bro soccer is a sissy sport bro" You my Guido friend, are dead wrong. Soccer is a battle of endurance along with skills that not many people can have. Try using your feet for everything, better yet get a bunch of friends one day and go play soccer in the park, see how much you suck. And what about baseball? The games take 12 hours and it is literally the most boring thing I have ever sat down and watched. Basketball? Yeah, The Finals are cool to watch but every four seconds there is a foul called or some big doof complaining for a foul because a 5 foot 9 Point Guard touched his wrist as he was going for a shot. Soccer should be the number two sport for everyone behind the NFL which btw is boycotted by me and over the years has progressively became more of a gash sport than ever. But seriously folks. Start the movement, please. Soccer internationally is the most watched sport and it should be no different in the United States where we are a power house at everything else. We should be able to continue our world dominance in soccer as well as every other sport.

Also, try not to only just to watch The USMNT( United States Mens National Team). Get into the English Premier League. It starts in August and is on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Pick a team, any team and follow them. Need a suggestion? Liverpool (because its my favorite team) and just watch. You will be pleasantly surprised about how exciting and how into it you will get. Look up the rules and other things like that so you can understand the game, because it is a great one. Games are about 90 minutes, with a little bit of extra time and then a 15 minute half time. So you're looking at about almost 2 hours each game, no more...no less. There is nothing like the excitement of when your team scores a goal, and nothing like the pure disappointment when they let one up. Especially on the International Stage with a team like the USA.

I've been to nearly every sporting event possible, hockey baseball, football, basketball, and I can tell you something right now...NOTHING compares to being at a USA soccer game in the American Outlaws section. So This Saturday at 8PM....turn on Fox Soccer Channel and watch the USA vs. Panama in the Gold Cup Tournament. A 12 team tournament similar to the World Cup only with teams from North and Central America. WATCH, SUPPORT, AND CHEER!

So with that i leave you with this video. At about 11 seconds you will see a really tall kid with a number 17 Jersey on in the middle of the camera. Him and the 5 Jackasses jumping up and down screaming our faces off... That's me and my friends hooting and hollering. Tell me you don't want to be a part of that crowd!

Also in this one at about 9 seconds, you will see some jackass of a 20 year old, with a huge Uncle Sam hat and an Apollo Creed USA Robe...that is me and to the left of me are the same 5 in the first video...It doesn't get any better guys. It is absolute insanity and one day you should all experience it too
