Guy gets high on bath salts and kills his neighbors goat. That isn't even remotely close to being the best part. They then found him in his room lying next to the dead goat, and he was wearing a bra and panties. Let that sink in for a second...Wait for it...Yes, none of that was a typo. What the fuck is wrong with people? I guess the state of Oregon actually does suck that bad. Just grown men raping and pillaging pet goats while wearing women's lingerie. But I guess that's the norm out there. Maybe not, but this is still weird as fuck.
