Is This 1994 All Over Again?

The last time the Rangers won the Stanley Cup it was 1994. Who did they play in the Eastern Conference Finals that year? The New Jersey Devils. With the Devils just running through the Flyers like Peter North's dick through porn stars, the Devils have already punched their ticket to the conference finals. And now the Rangers have their chance to close out the Capitals tonight. Could this be 1994 all over again? Marty Brodeur is still in net for the Devils and that's probably the only thing that's the same about these two teams from that season. All we need is the Rangers to win tonight, go down 3-2 to the Devils and then have Callahan make a guarantee. I mean it's kind of possible. I'm not automatically punching the Rangers ticket tonight, because they just make you sweat no matter what and they can't make anything easy. But a loss like the one the Capitals had the other night is really a swift kick in the balls and tough to recover from. If the Rangers get by the Capitals, we would be looking at 1994 all over again, and a conference finals consisting of fights and defense. I'm looking forward to it. Let's go Rangers!
