Forget about the ALCS, which was the biggest bust of a series we've seen in a long time, and let's look at the NLCS. Tonight one of the most exciting things in sports will take place at AT&T Park in San Francisco tonight; a game 7. Both teams have their aces on the hill and it seems like the Giants have the momentum coming back to win the last two games after being down 3-1. Will the complete the comeback? Who knows? But we have a dynamite pitching match up with Matt Cain going for San Fran against Kyle Lohse going for St. Louis.
If you're a baseball fan there is nothing better than this. This is two teams who just refuse to think that they're gonna lose at any point during any game. Two teams filled with home grown talent and hard nosed ball players, and two teams who will be an extremely tough out against Detroit in the World Series. If a series goes 7 games, it's not about who's the better team. It's about who has the better starter in game 7. And I know Lohse has been good this year, but Matt Cain has been just as good if not better. I'm taking the Giants to win at home tonight, with the better starting pitcher and move on to the series. But expect a close game that goes down to the wire. I'm psyched, but I'm also a baseball fan. If you like baseball, this is a game to watch.
