Why is this guy an asshole? Simply put, he called 911 from the police station/court house to let them know that his name was taking too long to be called for a citation. He the received another citation for improper use of 911. Yes sir, you are an asshole. Here's your t-shirt. I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.
