So apparently in England they have this thing called "Pubwatch" and it's basically putting someone on probation and not allowing them to go to bars because they get way too drunk and obnoxious. Well this animal was put on "pubwatch" two years ago and celebrated by going out, getting way too drunk, getting into a fight with a cop, getting arrested and being put back on pubwatch. Fucking animialistic Englander probably getting shitfaced during an English Premiere League soccer game and getting into a fight with everyone in the bar. You probably couldn't hang with this guy trying to party. Just straight up chugging pints like they're sippy cups all day long. Oh yeah, he's back on "pubwatch".
