If you're trying to stage your car being stolen and set on fire so you can collect the insurance money you probably shouldn't call 911 ten times within 30 minutes and then have the person you paid to set it on fire text you to let you know that the job has been done. You would think a former army sergeant would be smarter than that. But clearly, he's a native of Florida therefore the thought of him having a brain at all goes right out the window. I guess this is just what Floridians do.
