In second round action yesterday number 1 seed in the Other Region Adriana Lima made a furious comeback over Minka Kelly to move into the Sweet 16. She will face Kim Kardashian who pulled away late over Mila Kunis for a 201-177 victory.
In the Hispanic Region number 7 seed Roselyn Sanchez pulled the upset over 2 seed Sofia Vergara with a 195-183 win and will take on Eva Longoria in the Sweet 16; who was an easy winner over Vida Guerra.
Marisa Miller defeated Lacey Chabert by a 191-187 final to face Danneel Harris in next weekends Sweet 16. Harris put an end to 15 seed Courtney Friel’s Cinderella story with an easy victory.
Finally, in the Black Region, 1 seed Meagan Good held off Halle Berry and Gabrielle Union pulled the slight 5 over 4 upset against Lauren London. Good and Union will also meet in next weekend’s Sweet 16 match up.
