When Rome asked if "the fix was in" when the New Orleans Hornets, who are currently being run by the NBA, won the number one overall pick in the draft. Stern responded by saying, "have you stopped beating your wife yet?"
I like it, this must be like the new "let's change the subject". I'm going to use that in the future when someone asks me a dumb question. Someone's going to ask me where the keys are or what I'm doing that night and I'm just going to David Stern them with a completely out of left field response like, "have you stopped being molested as a child" or "I'm going out, are you going to go beat your mother again?
