Since the theme of the day is everything Manti Te'o, let's just say this guy pulled a Manti Te'o. He met a "woman" online and agreed to meet her in a public park at 11pm. Guess what happened next? A dude showed up and beat him with a bat. Shocking, I know. Why would we ever think to be skeptical of meeting someone online right? Because that wouldn't be smart or anything. Apparently the guy who beat him up with the bat didn't want to do anything other than beat him up with a bat. He didn't take anything from him, he just beat him up. I say the he was just trying to teach him a lesson. And guess what? Lesson learned.
