It's Time to Panic in Oklahoma City

If anyone watched any of the Oklahoma City vs Houston game last night then they would know it's officially time to panic in Oklahoma City. Without Russell Westbrook, this Thunder team is not the same. The Thunder look slower, less athletic and more one dimensional and Kevin Durant has never looked more alone on an NBA court.

Sure, Durants 115 points in the three games without Westbrook is a record, but they've lost two of those games and squeaked out a win in the other one. This series could very well be 3-2 the other way right now. Without Westbrook to get out in transition as quickly as he does, this looks like a pretty average basketball team.

Everyone wants to talk about how they don't like Westbrook and how you would like to see what Durant can do without him. Well, you got your wish. Now you're seeing it. As good as Durant is, he needs his sidekick. It opens the game up so much more not only for Durant himself, but also for the rest of the team. The Thunder will probably still win this series, but I don't see them getting out of the second round playing like this. It's officially time to panic in Oklahoma City.
