When following a person through a parking lot so you can take their spot I think it's safe to say that you have serious issues when you run them over because they forgot where they parked. The woman who got run over said that the man driving the car purposely waited until she walked in front of his car so that he could hit her. She was bruised and swollen but didn't require a trip to the hospital. This is what separates the psychos from the functioning psychos. Like I've thought about doing this hundreds of times but I never actually did it, therefore I am a functioning psycho. When you actually do it, you're a fucking psycho and you're all over the news.
