He's drunk and swinging this Klingon sword from Star Trek in the middle of a crowded intersection. Sounds like just another day in Florida to me. Where would you even get this sword in order to swing it in the middle of the crowd and why would you spend money to acquire this thing? Like why do you actually need to have this? He got off easy though. The judge released him on $100 bond and told him to avoid swords and alcohol. Sounds like the judge really gave a flying fuck there.
