Let's try to piece this together. This chick who's a model says she gave her pictures to Volvo only for use for their S40 model in exchange for $2,000. Instead her picture has been used on not only Volvo ads, but for Hertz rental cars and dating websites as well. She's suing because she says they made her look like an escort. Volvo says she signed off on them using it for unlimited print and internet placements worldwide for an unlimited time. Since the sides are saying two different things I'm pretty sure we're missing a couple of details here. As easy as it would be to give this award to Volvo, I'm giving it to her. You gave your picture out bitch, once they have it I'm pretty sure they're gonna do what they want with it. And you're suing for a ridiculous amount of money. $23 million dollars? For this? Are you kidding me. Who are you trying to rape right now? You might as well just become an escort if you're suing for this much money. Nice try. I'm siding with Volvo here.
