Strategic Way To End A Fight? Or Pussy Way To End A Fight?

Early on it's a close battle as they both take control at a certain point. But then this kid in the yellow decides enough is enough and kicks this dude in the fucking teeth as he's on his way down. Now is this just a strategic way to end a fight or is this an example of a kid being a pussy? I think it's option B. Who the fuck starts throwing kicks in any fights outside UFC and Karate? Nobody.
