This Is Fishy, But It Is Hilarious

I want to thank Jeffrey for this story. Alright let's run through this real quick. This Arkansas weatherman goes to his buddies house with a friend of his one night. They start snorting "illegal narcotics" aka cocaine, and the weatherman and his friend fall asleep in the hot tub. The guy who owns the house goes into the living room to go to sleep. When the guy who owns the house wakes up, the weatherman is snoring in the hot tub, with his friend laying next to him, dead, with a dog collar around his neck. And no one has any idea what happened. If I saw a dead guy with a dog collar around his neck the first thing that would come to mind was that he was obviously strangled. They said there was also a ring of blood in the tub. You don't need to be on CSI Miami to figure this one out. Either the weatherman or the owner of the house killed this guy. OR, the weatherman and the dead guy were engaging in some serious dude on dude action in the tub, things got a little crazy, they brought in dog collars and crazy things, and this guy ended up dead. I don't know, I wasn't there, but that seems like it could be a possibility. I think they should check to see if there was another dog collar laying around that bathroom. Regardless, this sounds way too fishy to me. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
