Just How Good is Justin Upton's Start to 2013?

When the Atlanta Braves traded for Justin Upton this winter everyone who knew anything about baseball knew that the Braves were getting a potential super star. However, I don't think anyone expected him to have the start to the season that he is having. Upton is hitting .340 with 8 home runs and 12 RBI's and sporting an on base percentage around .400. Those numbers aren't bad for the entire month of April, let alone the first two and a half weeks of the season. Not to mention that Atlanta is 12-1 to start the year and has been far and away the best team in baseball thus far. It's pretty clear that the addition of Justin Upton to this Braves team to go along with his brother BJ has made the Braves a legitimate NL East and NL Pennant contender. Right now in the big leagues it's the Braves and everybody else. But it's also an extremely long season, so we'll see how the rest of it plays out.
