How ya doin', also known as simply hyd! is a phrase that is officially in the middle of a revolution. As it turns out, it is actually the perfect ending for any sentence or phrase no matter what. Whenever or wherever. For example:
I was at Hugh Heffner's birthday party in Vegas this weekend. How ya doin'!...
Or even something much simpler such as...
Class canceled this morning. How ya doin'!
Those are just two examples, but you can practice this on your own. Just say any phrase to yourself right now and end it with a how ya doin'! You can also use hyd! when typing through text message to make for an easier and more efficient how ya doin'! I'm not saying you have to agree with me, but I am asking you to give it a try. You may tell me that this is a "ginnie" thing, but once you try it, you'll never go back. Trust me, I wouldn't steer you wrong.
