That is one hell of a fucking outfit. I've come to the conclusion that he is the pimp of all homeless people. That is the only explanation for how he has acquired that jacket and that hat without any other homeless person asking any questions. And yes he is homeless, I know because I saw him rifling through garbage pails all over NYC yesterday afternoon. Instead of giving them money to buy drugs and alcohol with I just observe and make fun of them on the internet. I think I'm doing society a favor actually.
