An 81 year old dude being accused of participating in a prescription drug ring? Yeah, it might as well be in Florida. Basically Popeye right here would get his prescription drugs legally because he's ancient and who is gonna deny him prescription drugs, then he would sell them to the next level of the ring down and they would sell the drugs to other people. All Popeye could say is that the allegations are "crap". Now normally when you're responding with one word after you get arrested, chances are you're guilty. On a brighter note he is 81 and will probably be dead by the time he goes to prison for good.
