I'm sorry but this is actually hysterical. This fucking guy has some set of balls on him. He completely interrupts the interview with US Open champ Webb Simpson by jumping in front ever so nonchalantly and doing bird calls. Not only was he sitting in a jail cell overnight but now he's probably gonna be paying out the ass in fines. He actually looks like the "You suck, Jackass" guy from Happy Gilmore. Has the same nose and everything. He just takes it over the top with his sweet hat.
Sidenote: Webb Simpson is the corniest dude on the planet with his "Enjoy the jail sell pal" remark.
