Not quite sure how this happens but I guess we can just attribute this to alcohol. Let's put the pieces together. We have a guy who gets pulled over to drunk driving. Seems normal so far. However, he was driving an electric wheelchair, that he stole from a guy at a retirement home. Are we really stooping to that level bro? Getting drunk and stealing motorized wheelchairs from senior citizens is no way to go through life son. Here's your t-shirt, I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.
