The Token Black Guy, Every Group Has One

 

Whether you're at a bar, a party, or just hanging out with a group of friends there will always be a token black guy. It's really not a party unless the token black guy shows up. He does two things, he's a good sport and it's not officially a party unless he's there. There is one certain thing about the token black guy, everyone loves him. 

So what if he's the only black guy you've ever seen in a hockey jersey at the bar during the game, he might not know anything about hockey but he's supporting his city. And everyone knocks on black people that it's not their sport. Do you think it's easy to single handedly take over every major sport in America? Wait until these black guys get the hang of the whole skating thing, you'll see. 

The token black guy is also always down for anything. You can call him at any time and he's ready to go. You call him up, "Hey, let's just go to a bar and get fucked up." He'll respond with, "Be over in five." Your Token is always there. Why? Because the Token has to be there or it isn't a party. 

I have to tell you if you don't have a token black guy you're missing out. He might look awkwardly out of place all the time but he's a good sport and he'll never get mad at your run of the mill black joke. Mainly because he'll just fire right back at you. But anyway, this post just shows my love for the token black guy. Don't think we don't notice you.
