Partially exposing yourself while mowing your lawn and yelling obscenities at pre schoolers is no way to go through life son. This guy just decided it'd be all good to mow his lawn in a loin cloth and just start yelling out obscenities at people and pre schoolers. He must also think prank phone calls are awesome since he was doing that earlier in the day as well. Problem here is that he's 43 years old and not 10. What you probably won't find shocking is that drugs were probably involved. It doesn't say it in the report, but I'm pretty sure they will find out sooner rather than later. Here's your t-shirt guy, I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.
