The Detroit Lions have given Calvin Johnson a 7 year $132 million extension. And why not? The guy is only the best receiver in the NFL. It's actually pretty sick that Calvin Johnson just became the biggest pussy magnet in the city of Detroit. Besides that, you couldn't have chosen to give this type of money to anyone better than him. He makes everyone around him better. He commands double teams to open the field up for other guys, and he still makes at least 5 catches every game. He's an absolute beast and a mismatch for any corner or safety in the league. If Stafford stays healthy again, watch out for Megatron and the Lions. They're in it for the long haul.
