Bear Grylls of Man vs Wild on the Discovery Channel has been basically fired over a contract dispute. Really? You're firing this sick bastard over a contract dispute. This is a guy who drank wolf piss, took water out of elephant shit just to survive, ate shit that I wouldn't even take a shit on, and came face to face with dangerous and poisonous animals. And there's a contract dispute? At what point was Bear gonna say, "Hey guys, enough is enough over here." Like he should have gotten whatever the fuck he wanted. Just surviving in the wild like no man has ever done before only to get fired by his network. Dudes the Peyton Manning of television, without the injury. If you're another network, you hire Bear Grylls immediately. He'll have a new hit show within a week.
