Do Women Respond To Texts Just To See What A Guy WIll Say Next?

 

For some reason I have the strangest feeling that women respond to text messages from some guys not because they're actually interested, but because they want to see what this guy is gonna say next. Am I 100% wrong? I don't think so. I'm usually right. But I don't really know on this one. I'll explain myself to you ladies, and then you can decide whether I'm right or wrong. 

Exhibit A, Let's say you have a boyfriend. "Oh my god Steve, stop talking about all these girls with boyfriends." Listen, I'm in the interesting business. Girls with boyfriends are interesting, so if you don't like it, no one is making you read. Moving on, you have your boyfriend and another guy is texting you who doesn't know that you're not single. Do you respond to his texts just to see what he's gonna say next? The answer to this is definitely yes. How do I know this? Because you want the attention, and you want to see if this guy is gonna be creepy or if he's gonna be cool. 

Exhibit B, you're single, but you're not interested. You don't actually say you're not interested and you actually respond. No response means you're not interested. A response usually means you're interested. But in this case, you have no intention of getting with this guy, you just wanna see what he has to say. If he's drunk it's even better because he's definitely gonna say something that you can run to your friends and make fun of him about. Yes, I have done that before, yes she knows who she is if she's reading. 

Girls, you can't honestly sit there and tell me that you've never done either of these two things before. You definitely have and you know I'm right. It's your way of having some fun to run back to your friends and make fun of us. It's cool, just imagine the things we say about you. Just kidding, we never tell our friends about you...Sort of. So the question is, do you ladies do shit like this for your own enjoyment? I think the answer is yes. 

Sidenote: We're normally not texting you because we want to be your new best friend. It's usually because we want to get in your pants.
