This video is from a couple of days ago, but it was way to priceless to not put up on here. This guy on some show on National Geographic is hammered drunk and not helping his cause while these cops are about to arrest him. He keeps asking these guys if they know the constitution, but apparently he doesn't know the law. Listen bro, the constitution is like 200 years old, these guys probably have no idea what the amendments are. The law says you can't drive over .08 and you blew a .31. You were almost four times the legal limit. Where in the constitution does it say you're allowed to drive when you're four times the legal limit? You are quite the drunk asshole my friend, which is why you get a t-shirt. Have fun in the holding cell.
