I know that this has definitely happened to a bunch of guys before, and it is extremely annoying. A girl will text you because she knows that you have plans to go out that night and she clearly wants to hang out with you. Or at least you think she does. If she didn't want to hang out with you, then why would she have texted you? Well that is the logical thinking, but as we know, women are not a logical species.
See ladies, you obviously know that the guy you're texting is going out and doing something that night. Either he told you about it at an earlier date, or you found out from someone else. Regardless, you know he has plans. Once you shoot him a text telling him that you want to go out with him and his friends, there shouldn't be a reason to cancel. You're bringing your friends, he's bringing his friends, and you clearly want to hang out with him. So what is the problem?
Would it make sense if a guy texted a girl telling her that he wanted to take her out later that night, and then at about 7 o'clock texted her back saying he couldn't make it? No, it would make absolutely no sense since he initiated the conversation. Now why is it okay for you to say how badly you want to go out with a guy and his friends, and cancel an hour before?
Just because you have a vagina doesn't mean canceling plans is okay. When you initiate a conversation, you better stick to that game plan. Because once you initiate and cancel, that guy is done with you. It's nothing personal. You just deserve to be taken out of the phone book.
