The 29th Amendment

I am proposing a new amendment. Since Sam the Sloth proposed the 28th Amendment I will propose the 29th Amendment. Since there is this unwritten rule that men are only allowed to wear khaki's from Memorial Day to Labor Day (a rule which I have seen broken many times including by myself), I will propose and amendment for ladies specifically. If men can only wear khaki's during the summer months, then hot women shouldn't be allowed to wear bra's during the summer months. Here is the amendment:

29th Amendment to the Constitution: On the days from Memorial Day to Labor Day, no woman who is above a 7 on the proverbial 1 to 10 hotness scale is permitted to wear any type of bra at any time. This includes sports bra's. see through bra's, leopard bra's and any other type of bra you can think of. Being below a 7 and not wearing a bra is an offense punishable by up to three months in prison. There is also a direct "shoot on sight" order for any woman who is below a 4 and not wearing a bra.
