Over the next ten weeks I, Quite Frank-ly will be ranking the 10 shittiest cities in the United States of America. Now I apologize beforehand, for any possible hurt feelings. All I will be doing is ranking some pretty crappy places to live in the U.S. A mere suggestion to relocate is all that is implied.
