WTF With This Notes Thing On Facebook?

If I get another notification that one of my friends has posted in Notes I am going to lose my mind. WTF is this Notes thing and why do I have to submit ten links to use the fucking thing? If you send out these invitations, you should be tazed on spot. This is the most annoying thing to hit facebook since Osama Bin Laden died...Too Soon?
