I was wrong all along about those Scottish people. I was under the impression that they only planned on using whiskey to get shitfaced and sing old Scottish folk songs. But nope, they kicked me right in the balls with this one. Scotland is going to have 9,000 homes powered by whiskey. Yes, whiskey powered electricity. How fucking awesome is that? This gives them even more of a reason to get hammered, celebrating this, which is a pretty big deal. I'm a little skeptical though because I'm not sure the whiskey distilleries can keep up with the production of whiskey now. I mean between everyone drinking it and using it as power for electricity, you can see how this could turn out bad. But for now, awesome discovery, maybe the U.S. should figure something like this out.
