You have to be absolutely hammered to fuck up backing out of your driveway. This moron backed out of his driveway and hit two people, a tree, a fence and landscape boulders. He also fled the scene. They found him and brought him to the hospital and arrested him for a DUI, fleeing the scene of an accident, reckless driving and improper backing. That sounds like a hell of a morning to me. Nicely done jackass.
Sidenote: I had no idea you could be charged with improper backing. However, if I had to ever charge someone with improper backing it would be after they took out an entire block worth of shit backing out of their driveway.
