World Series...
Well folks to some it may seem odd, but when are the two teams everyone expects to be in the World Series ever in the World Series? Once in a few years... So my WS is the Colorado Rockies vs. Detroit Tigers. Both teams have good lineups and good pitching. The key factor is who will be the hottest team going into the playoffs. I think it will be the Rockies. Some people who have been reading the blog are probably sayin' Johnny Baseball has a good ol' man crush on Tulo. Well I do...how can you not..the hair...the fielding and the hitting..straight beast and combine that with Carlos Gonzalez and the other pieces they have and how can you not be in love with this team. World Series
Philadelphia Phillies vs Boston Red Sox: This is going to be a hell of a series. The pitching is about even and the hitting is probably also the same. What will the key element be? Defense and timely hitting will be the key elements here. For those reasons, I think the Red Sox will be the team that comes home with the rings this year. I’m going Red Sox in 6. There are some seasons where we have surprises, and some seasons where the best team just wins. This year the best team will win, and that’s Boston.
