I have never seen someone actually defend driving drunk. I mean I do get what he's saying though, it's fucking Montana, like come on. I've never been to Montana, but I have seen pictures, and I know that there is absolutely nothing there. Obviously if you're not drinking, there really isn't anything to do. Therefore, I like where this guy is going with this. It probably is hurting small businesses and shit because people are scared to drive anywhere, since they're most likely going out to drink. I say fuck it, let them go out and drive hammered. You can't take away the only thing that these people have to look forward to right?
