Why do I always find a Canadian dude doing something crazy?

How much alcohol do you have to drink so see an ambulance sitting outside of a building and think it's a good idea to steal it? I mean I have done stupid things when I've been drunk, but not like this, this is fucking crazy. So now he gets charged not only with stealing the ambulance, but also drunk driving. If I was him I think I would just plead insanity on this one because there's no real way of getting out of this. And he would definitely win that insanity plea; how many sane people drunk or sober would actually steal an ambulance?
