I don't know if he thought of the term honesty is the best policy and thought it was a good idea, or if he is just really that stupid. I mean I've heard and seen some dumb shit in my day, but this is by far the dumbest. This would have been totally badass if he had taken the swig of beer and then they let him go, but the fact that he got arrested turns him from badass of the day, to asshole of the day. Always remember there is a fine line between a badass and an asshole, and he will now be getting his asshole pounded in jail for crossing that line.
